We are deeply grateful for every contribution entrusted to us and are committed to using donated funds responsibly, transparently, and effectively.
General Policy
Donations are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.
However, we understand that genuine mistakes can occur and will review refund requests fairly and promptly.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- An incorrect donation amount was entered.
- Duplicate donations were processed.
- An unauthorized payment was made.
- A technical error occurred during payment processing.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 calendar days of making your donation.
Please include:
- Your full name.
- Email address.
- Donation date.
- Donation amount.
- Payment reference or transaction ID.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund Review
Our finance team will review your request and may contact you if additional information is required.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Donations
Refunds will generally not be granted when:
- The donation was made voluntarily.
- Funds have already been allocated to ongoing programs.
- The request is submitted beyond the stated refund period unless exceptional circumstances apply.
